送信時にウィルスを駆除できず送信拒否した場合

お客様がinfo@servance.jpさんへ送信したメール（題名：明日の作業と予定について）にウィルスを 検出しました。ウィルスチェックサービスが検出したウィルスが駆除できないタイプのため、指定された相手先へは送信せず、メールを削除しました。
ウィルスの情報は次のとおりです。
感染ファイル名：Schedule(SEP3).doc
ウィルス名：W95.Hybris.worm

Unfortunately, the virus is distinguished unable to be exterminated with our Virus Check Service. Please be notified that the mail transmission has been automatically terminated and deleted.
